The only AWD model you can get is the SXT. When the Hellcat came out I wanted dodge to build meld the two together but it looks like the closest thing you an get is the Jeep hellcat. Who knows, if that sells well you might get your wish.

because it sold like 5% if that of all the model types. the V8/AWD combo was not popular at all on either the 300 or Charger. It was dropped after the latest refresh of both.

FCA went through and pruned a bunch of non selling models out of their lineups. 300 SRT was dropped because it sold next to nothing compared to the Charger variant.
